Yin Qichun has practiced in IT industry for more than 10 years:

Yin has been responsible for global supply chain planning in Hewlett-Packard(Shanghai) for nearly 3 years.
Yin served as directors of several departments in Oracle, including technology, consulting services and sales. Yin established close relationships with clients and industry leaders during his service.
In 2008, Yin started to engage in investment banking business and focused on IT industry, since then, he has executed more than 20 deals in M&A, investing &financing and IPO consultation.

His client includes:

One of the three international management consulting and information service firms.
One of the biggest PE firms in Japan.
Various noteworthy listed IT companies in Japan.
Domestic IT startups and listed companies .

Yin pays close attention to emerging technologies in the industry. Holding aninternational vision, Yin leverages his expertise in synergy in M&A deals and delivers long-term value to clients. Meanwhile, he established unique investment methodology, utilized resources, and mastered risk management skills.

2015.05- Co-founded D.T. Lake Equity Investment, in charge of both investment and operation

Tan Hao was graduated from Economic Management Department in Northwest University, and also received Master of Business Administration(MBA) from Royal Roads University.

Tan served as general manager in Fortune Capital(Fujian). He raised and managed Fortune Jusheng Fund during his service in Fortune Captial.

Tan worked as Management Director in Investment Banking Division of Guotai Junan Securities for 9 years, mainly responsible for IPO. During these years, he conducted initial public offerings(IPOs) for Ningbo United(600051), Taiyuan Heavy Machine(600169), Sun Paper(002078), Panzhihua New Steel&Vanadium (000629). Tan also directed the sale of the biomedical asset for listed company TaidaStock, and the gross offering of Stock-for-stock M&A between Xiamen Port Development and Xiamen Road&Bridge.

With 15 years of rich experience in equity investment, Tan has led over 30 projects. Among those, Hainan Drinda (002865), Hon-flex Electronic (300657), ChinaSie (300687), MenTech (002902), Hillstone (688030), QingCloud (688316) and Paratera（839493）have completed their IPOs on the A-share market. Q&K International Group Limited has completed its NASDAQ listing (NASDAQ: QK). His investments include ChinaSys, which was later acquired by listed company Jiuqi Soft (002279) through a stock-for-stock deal, Beijing Dongbiao Electric, which was acquired by Beijing Senyuan Electric (002358) with cash, vTradEx, which was acquired by listed company Yunda Holding (002120) with cash, and T2Cloud, which was acquired by listed company Baidu (NASDAQ: BIDU) with cash.

Wang Yongwei holds a BSc degree in Economics and Econometric from University of Bristol, and a MSc degree in Risk Management and Financial Engineering from Imperial College London. Wang excels at valuation modeling and logical reasoning.

In Dec 2016, Wang joined D.T.Lake Equity Investment. Since then, she has participated in the projects of Hillstone(688030), Paratera（839493）, T2Cloud, MiiVii Dynamic, Hongzhiwei, Satelliteherd, NuboMed, HeQiJuLi, XiDing, Cosmosource, Haifang Technology and Snow Lake Technology.

Yingdi Dong holds a BSc degree in Economics and Management from King’s College London, and a MSc degree in Economics and Strategy for Business from Imperial College London. Dong excels at data collection and information analysis. She is good at using financial valuation models to conduct industry and market research.

In Jan 2021, Dong joined D.T.Lake Equity Investment. Since then, she has participated in the projects of HeQiJuLi, NuboMed, XiDing, Cosmosource, Haifang Technology and Snow Lake Technology.
